With All of Your Might - By Dr. Charles Mahlangu

Whatever your hands find to do, do all with might
Whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
Approach your marriage with this attitude of excelling in everything, to make your marriage excellent as a spouse.
Your commitment: Give all might to be committed to make your marriage excellent
Give all might to love your wife as Christ loved the church
Give all might to submit to your husband as the church submits to Christ Jesus
Your covenant: Give all might to keep your covenant of permanence
Give all might to be married for keeps and exhaust means to stay that way forever
Your obedience to God: Give all might to make Christ Sovereign in your fidelity to Him as your only Sovereign and Master of your marriage
Your mate: Give all might to honour him as Christ-like leader of marriage and home
Your wife: Give all might to excel to love in the same way Jesus loves you
Your children: Give all might to raise them in the instruction and admonition of the Lord

Your occupation: Give all might to excel in faithfulness and diligence
Your intellectual resources: Give all might to excel to love the Lord with all your mind, all your soul, all your might
Your talents, gifts, calling: Give all might to excel to discover them through availability to others-in-order to do what God placed you on Earth to accomplish
Your ministry: Give all might to excel in fulfilling all the duties of your ministry
Your finances, wealth, prosperity ; Give all might to excel in sharing wealth by tithes, offerings and generous giving with church, believers, organizations, and the needy.
Your communication intimacy in your marriage: Give all might to excel in learning, adapting, practicing intimacy with your spouse
Your listening intimacy in your marriage: Give all might to excel in learning, adapting, practicing intimacy with your spouse
Your conflicts in marriage: Give all might to resolve, resolve, resolve at all cost all the time
Your Apology in marriage: Give all might to learn to adopt, integrate the culture of intrinsic apology towards your souse both night and day as long you have breath, to apologize at fault, to apologize when not at fault, apologize where none is given so apology can be taken, nevertheless, to apologize for Christ’s sake
Your forgiveness in marriage: Give all might to excel to proactively all the time initiate forgiving, forgiving, and forgiving of your spouse.
Your confession in marriage: Give all might to proactively excel to confess, confess, and confess every outstanding issue without waiting for apology and confession
Your sexual responsibility to spouse: Give all might to excel to learn, listen, and become available to excel in sensual fulfilment of spouse in an exhilarating way that promotes sanctified eroticism in your marriage.
Your becoming accountable to another couple: Give all might to get help from other couples [another couple]-in-order to excel in your marriage as husband and father, as wife and mother
Your becoming accountable to specific believers: Give all might to excel in becoming accountable to specific women and men to contribute towards keeping you in the cutting edge of spiritual vigilance, diligence and competence in your Christian walk
Your heart/ mind/inner world: Give all might to make covenant of godliness/purity to guard your heart and mind to render your thought-life impervious to impurities to repel bitterness, wrath, and anger, to resist evil attitudes, to fear lust, covetousness and sexual immorality
Your spiritual vitality: Give all might to seek to be consistently controlled by the invasion of the fullness of the Holy Spirit-moment by moment as God manifests the power of God in all of your being, all the time
To be a mate who is compellingly Christ-like, to be a mate whose mind is saturated with the word of God in all of your being
Your diligence to the Word of God: Give all might to be dedicated to be students who live by the Word of God; seek to meditate on the word regularly; seek to commit the word to memory always; pant after God through the Word in your mind and heart; seek to master the capacity to be doers of the Word, in all excellence; seek to be enriched always by the Word of God.

Thank you Dr Mahlangu for such words of wisdom. We really need to hear these words more often, as a reminder and our strength to keep on running knowing that one day we will receive the rewards. I like Pastor Kotu said in his closing statement at the couple seminar, " After all this,if you can't do it for your spouse, do it for the LORD" WOW.
